The problem
A significant number of Flexperto users often held on-site meetings with clients but faced challenges adapting their approach since they couldn’t utilize Flexperto’s online services in the same way as during virtual meetings.
The solution - Flexcorder
Flexcorder is an app designed to enhance the productivity of users conducting on-site meetings. It addresses the challenge of leveraging Flexperto's benefits in offline settings, offering tools powered by AI to streamline meeting management. Flexcorder bridges the gap between on-site and online meeting workflows, helping professionals stay organized and efficient in any setting.
The challenge? Designing an intuitive experience that balanced security, accessibility, and a seamless workflow for the users and incorporate it to the already existing product of Flexperto.
From concept to completion
From ideas to fully functional product, the process involved conducting research, creating user story maps, wireframes and prototypes. The app was shaped through continuous collaboration with stakeholders and real users. From the early prototype to the beta version, we engaged in structured feedback loops to refine every aspect of the app. Users tested the initial flows, and their insights guided critical design decisions, including:
Navigation & Flow: Were users able to find features intuitively? Did the app require unnecessary steps to create a memo? Efficiency: Could we streamline the user journey from recording to exporting without sacrificing functionality? Import & Export Experience: What was the most natural way for users to bring content in and take it out? Payment & Credit System: How did users feel about paying to top up credits, and what friction points existed?
Each round of feedback informed new iterations, ensuring that usability and accessibility remained at the core.
Marketing assets
I was also responsible for designing a wide range of marketing materials, including social media content, website assets, and presentation designs. Additionally, created a teaser video for the product launch using Premiere Pro. All tasks were carried out in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and branding guidelines.
